Do we have a minimum order size?

We can meet both small and large orders and are happy to create just one item for you, although the more you buy the more economical it becomes.

If you are ordering lapel badges we suggest that it is best to order at least ten.

What finishes are available?

We offer a range of finishes such as;

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Nickel
  • Black Nickel
  • Chrome
  • Bronze
  • Antique Brass
  • Antique Silver
  • Antique Bronze

Is a deposit required prior to manufacturing?

No we do not require a deposit before commencing the manufacture of your products. Although, if you are a first time client, we do require C.O.D (Cash on Delivery). After your first order, we will be more than happy to set up an account for you.

How long does it take for a typical order to be manufactured?

The manufacture time depends on the type of product, material, quantity and complexity. In general, the times are:

  • plastic name bars - 1 week
  • metal name bars - 10 days
  • lapel badges - 4 weeks
  • medallions - 4 weeks
  • plaques -  2 weeks
  • signage – 1-2 weeks

Is there an artwork set up fee?

We do have an artwork set up fee but it differs depending on the product which the client requires as well as the type of artwork the client is able to provide to us. Please ask for more detail when speaking to our staff.

What type of format is artwork required in?

We prefer artwork in EPS, CorelDraw or high resolution PDF, but are also happy to accept AI files and others.

We are also able to recreate logos from corporate letterheads, business cards, brochures etc…

We make every effort to work within out client’s budget restraints. Sometimes this means substituting our high grade materials and production techniques with something a bit more “minimal”. Notwithstanding, even our economical range presents very well.
